September 11, 2019–Volunteer Lynn Wilder and Riverkeeper Georgia Ackerman spent the day learning more about microplastics sampling at the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve. Apalachcicola Riverkeeper will embark on microsplastics sampling in effort to find what types of microplastics, in any, can be found in the soil and water along the river.
