Volunteer Corps

Make a real difference by contributing your time and talents to Apalachicola Riverkeeper!

Volunteers help us in multiple program areas, especially with our river education, visual surveys and community outreach efforts. Activities can include hosting Riverkeeper information booths at festivals and community events, helping coordinate fundraisers, assisting with riverine and coastal clean-up activities and leading and/or assisting paddle guides with river trips, to name a few.

Administrative-office support is another needed volunteer role.

Our volunteer handbook outlines many of the volunteer opportunities that are available.

You may also have ideas about how you can help, so give us a call or drop us a line and tell us what you would like to do to help!

We encourage you to fill out a volunteer application and email it to [email protected]
