The morning of Sunday, January 12 was clear and sunny, but very chilly with a biting wind. Still, there was a great turnout for Ocean Aid 360’s 3rd Annual Ghost Trap Rodeo. 51 abandoned crab traps and a large amount of assorted debris totaling 6,560 pounds of trash were removed from the bay, shorelines and river. Thanks to the amazing folks at Ocean Aid 360 for organizing everything and to John Solomon for providing delicious barbecue for lunch for the participants, and to everyone who came out to join in the effort!
